Refund Policy

1. Digital Services Policy

The Care Empire Builders provides digital services, including online coaching, consultancy, digital resources, and community access. Due to the immediate nature of these digital products and services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. No Refunds

By purchasing any of our services (including One-Off Sessions, Basic Membership, or Premium Membership), you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a digital service or product that is delivered immediately or scheduled upon purchase.
• You waive your right to a cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations for digital content once the download or access has started.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason once a purchase is made, including but not limited to change of mind, inability to attend scheduled sessions without proper notice, or dissatisfaction with the service outcome (as results depend on implementation).

3. Cancellation of Memberships

You may cancel your recurring membership (Basic or Premium) at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period, but no partial refunds will be given for unused time.
